Sickeningly optimistic.

This is me.

I am notorious for illuminating the darkest moments. Optimism is a gift and a curse. Cliche I know, but bare with me and you will see. From a young age I have always seen the wonder in humanity and the world we reside in. At the age of 20, the wonder was ripped from me with a single phrase, "I'm so sorry. It's Cancer."

In my twenties I experienced cancer, divorce, pregnancy, re-marriage, raising a miracle child, being cheated on, lawsuit, trying to heal when others and circumstances pushed me down, working on my marriage, relationships with family, and the continuing health and mental issues thanks to the Cancer.

Upon meeting me, you would not see any of this lying just below the surface. Hence, I figure it's time. Time to tell my story.
